Privacy control
Delete your guest profile and data.
The fastest and safest path is inside the game. A support path remains available if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete from the game
- Open Hashi Rivals on the device holding the Guest profile.
- Open Profile.
- Select Privacy / Delete Guest Data.
- Review the scope and confirm a second time.
- Keep the game open until it reports that deletion completed.
If you cannot use the app
Email support@hashirivals.com with the Guest display name and approximate last-played date. Do not send the raw Guest credential or beta access code. Additional information may be required to avoid deleting another player’s profile.

The live guest profile, ratings, match and rival records tied to it, Daily Event data, cosmetics, and active account/session links are removed or anonymized as described in the Privacy Notice. Limited security tombstones and temporary disaster-recovery copies may remain for the purposes and periods described there.
Uninstalling is different
Uninstalling removes the device copy but does not notify the server to delete the guest profile. Use the in-game action before uninstalling when possible.
