- Game version and protocol version shown in About
- Phone model and Android version
- Date, time, and time zone when the problem happened
- Wi-Fi or cellular connection
- Game mode, puzzle difficulty, and the exact message on screen
- What you expected, what happened, and whether it happens again
Before attaching a screenshot, hide personal notifications and access codes.
Player-name reports
Use the in-game report action when available so the report includes the correct player and match. If that action fails, email support with the visible name, approximate match time, and why it violates the rules.

Follow the dedicated deletion instructions. Never email your raw Guest credential.
